SESSION 1: INTRODUCING ADVISORY SERVICES

We’ll begin with covering the breadth of advisory services businesses need and how to deliver them in a way that a client understands and appreciates. 

There’s a fair amount of technical skill development in this session as well as templates and technology you can use to standardize and organize your workflow.

SESSION 2: THE CFO OPERATING SYSTEM

Nothing works if the relationship isn’t working. This session will teach you how to introduce and shift to advisory services, elevate your role within your firm, and set boundaries to prevent scope creep.

You’ll also receive a list of resources that will keep your day organized and keep you connected with other financial service professionals.

SESSION 3: DASHBOARDS AND KPIs

Once you’ve sold the services you must deliver them. See exactly how financial executives build comprehensive financial reports, present data, and communicate findings with clients.

You’ll also learn how to build trust, even when you have bad news to share, and employ effective strategies for working with all levels of an organization.

SESSION 4: MANAGING, DELEGATING, AND MARKETING
